You must have pissed them off in the tech department. I always ignore people who piss me off.

All I did was call and kindly ask to be added to the course. I thought it was something simply that could be done while I was on the phone.

It seems to me that everything there is laid back and kind of slower, also I'd bet the in person issues probably warrant more attention.

question...do you all sleep on queen or king sized beds? j thinks a 1 bedroom won't be able to accommodate more than a queen but i sleep on a queen now and there's no way there's space for another adult unless he doesn't mind me elbowing his throat twenty times a night.

We just switched from a full to a queen because the American full size was too short for my husband. Queen is way more than enough room for us and we ain't small.

But you interrupted his WOW time. In person you could have seen he was playing, and backed off without interrupting him. Now your only choice is to keep calling every hour until he gets fed up and fixes it. Have you never heard of BOFH?
