Why is a bank asking you if you could close? the buyers bank? The seller (with a vacant house) is always ready to close.....non of this makes any sense to me.

Well we are getting ready to go look at a car for one the 2nd oldest boy it's a 2001 Honda accord. Has lots of miles but they put in a new timing belt, oil pan, spark plugs, good tires, in good shape, and clean. they want 2,995$ well within his budget and leaves him some spending money for gas and insurance. Crossing my fingers for him. this is when I wish I married a mechanic

Thanks Stretch.....I wish I can share my frustrations with work here. But I can't.....

That accord. If properly cared for, it's bulletproof. Don't worry. I love those. Ive had many accords. last was a 2008, leased for 3 years. Didn't even change a light bulb....
