So I have a dear distant uncle in San Francisco.....he flies over every fall to get in on the famous ny fishing action. I host him, and his family.

So he wants to do something nice for us, so he tells me that his son works for some kinda northface corporate office. And can get any northface for 50% off.

Ok fine, so I said "get me a nuptse 2 vest"

He says he can't get that, because San Fran stores no carry it. So I gave him another one, I forgot the names, lol. But apparently. Northface in San Fran don't sell anything......

Blackberries are all the rage in Ecuador. Anyone wealthy has one. It's all the better, really, since the things smart phones are good for can't be taken advantage of there.

So we are supposed to close tomorrow (it got pushed back a few days) and the buyers still aren't clear to close. They didn't tell us this, though, it was only by our attorney emailing theirs.

I don't know if it is normal up there as another couple we talked to last week said they weren't cleared until the morning of their closing, but it is really really frustrating.

Don't sell to people who need FHAs.
