oh now that I won't do. If I was to rent it out, I'd keep the $$. Gump asked me to rent it out to his buddy (50 a day). And altho it's his cart, tecnically. I said no way man....That's not what I built the cart for. If I had wanted to do that, I woulda gotten it in my own name.

Oh yeah Skip. a lot of people are interested in operating this cart. There's a finite number of these licenses. they're not easy to come by.

lmao...when the cart passes inspection, the city gives you a NYC greencart umbrella for your cart. a part of the inspection is that umbrella holder on the cart lol. I don't have a pic of it. The cart is in an authorized storage facility lol.....

Our landlord tenant laws sucks for the landlord. It's all about politics. And NYC's politics is strange and in a class of its own. Largely democratic, but most times with a non democratic mayor. Currently run by an activist. This will be a test for the rest of the nation to see if it works like this. He's going to adjust income inequality. really? The guy pushing the broom should make what I make? The guy sitting at home should receive what I receive?

The politics here is so strange, that no NYC mayor has ever gone on to the national political scene. Teddy Roosevelt tho, was the first NYC police commissioner.
