I guess I do have a lot against me:

- I'm young

- I'm a trophy wife

- I'm a SAHM

- I only married for money

- I'm fast approaching 30, the end of my useful life. The Dane better start looking at mail order bride websites to find a hot young barely legal bride.

It is raining here and maybe like 36.

Warm! I even have the windows open.

See you must be past your useful life, you've got hot flashes if you're opening the window in winter time. More proof they must be right.

And how dare you want to stay home and raise the kid? Don't you know thats what public schools and daycare is for?

Don't worry about Tiny though, we should have enough contacts here to set him up with a replacement from somewhere when your expiration date hits. Just send us a list of requirements.

And Gump and Co can't move out because they can't afford to now. I think Steve needs to plan a trip out of town for about a month, and schedule the exterminators to tent and fumigate the house for the entire month he's gone. But of course give a months warning to Gump and Co, that they need to be out by then.

Caryh, that is very true.

And there is Chinese superstition that moving house during pregnancy is a big No-No.

It is advised to wait until baby is born before moving, especially if baby was conceived at the current home.

Geez.. poor Steve..

You'd love the way my wife cooks veggies, she starts with a large piece of pork. My wife does not believe in veggies sans meat. If man was meant to eat veggies without meat, he wouldn't have made meat taste so good. On the negative side, I think her ancestors were cannibals, and if I step out of line I could end up being dinner. To tell the truth, once in while I just want a friggen salad before all the meat she serves.

Sneak in an electric steamer device sometime this weekend, and YOU use it, once. Report back, when yer able. Hint: Charity resale shops do have unused ones for about 6 bucks, so the experiment can be done cheaply.

Poor Asia doesn't get to play because of the word "pink"....

How am I gonna have "The Revenge of the Pink Ranter"?

replace the I with | and chive on, y'all.

When I first divorced my first husband, I thought I would attempt to set him up with a Filipina (him being part Filipino), because I honestly thought maybe I was the problem or a wife would settle him down some. I then decided no woman deserved that and later definitely had it confirmed it was a him problem.

I don't think there is anyone else who'd do it for him, unfortunately. If either of us died, I don't think the other would remarry. Well, ok, maybe he'd say "another Nola, but less hormonal and impatient". You got one of those?

I am actually thinking down of the line of going back to work if we don't have more kids. Question is, when I finish my current degree do I get an MBA or go for the MS in math? Economically the MS in math would be better because it would be free and I'd get 12k a year for TAing.

Gump and Co. will have to learn to raise their own family. I made a couple of calls, and found a 2 bedroom apt 5 blocks from here. 1300 rent plus heat and hot water. I know the landlord. So I might be able to chisel him down a couple of hundred using "fear" as a tactic (His last tenant stiffed him on 1 years rent, yeah thats not too bad with NY Lib landlord tenant laws).

oh yea...and no working on the house of anykind during gestation, by any member of the family......

But that superstition can be trumped, by shaking salt and rice on the ground as an offering.......I'm not kidding (hey I know some Chinese stuff)

whaddyahell? what happened? why not move em to Texas, where everything is cheaper and the wages are ok ? Sure, it's an initial 4 to 5K hickie for the move, but

out of site, out of mind. And Gump can use his 'living in America' skills very well in the Dallas area.

all I know is, if I had a MBA, I'd be like the CEO of Nola Cola........

Instead I'm the small change VP of a fly by night hole in the wall nickle and dime operation.......

(which of course, with me on the helm, have gone far beyond anyone's imagination, esp my own) content.gif

But you go finish your degree young lady. And go far !

(altho you're doing pretty good already)
