I lost 1.1 lbs when I got on the scale yesterday and another 1.1 today, and that is like 2.7 total over the last week. dancin5hr.gif Maybe small, but it is a step in the right direction.

Losing slowly is the best way, it means you're establishing habits that can keep the weight off. I'm working on that now, I want at least 10 lbs of this extra weight the wife packed on me gone. But its really really hard when she cooks so good.

For the record I was very flattered by that. luv.gif

Actually, the Dane is more like my trophy husband. All the women here are jealous because although the menfolk are good decent men, they aren't super handy and tall.

Weirdly enough several people in Denmark referred to me as a trophy wife. I'm nowhere near that attractive, but I think they meant more in the sense that it would be a rarity to get a Danish woman to be your maid-servant (I jest a little with that).

no lol...the guy was a douche, we let him go years ago.

But in his defense, there are legitimate aspects of his case.

I kind of wondered if many of the guys being charged didn't have something wrong with them. Often times you learn to work around and compensate for an illness. But then again, you shouldn't be collecting disability when you've moved on to new work you can do.

Maybe we should just call him late for dinner?

yea. I know of a particular case......

Long story short, the defendant won.

yea if she was really a trophy wife, she'd go to work and support Tiny :) And his family back in Holland :)

Hmmm I wonder if my wife's family considers me the trophy husband, by that reasoning. I bet they actually do.
