heres the vanity and the stand alone shower

th_IMAG0073_zpsa6d376d0.jpg

Is that bath in your man cave bathroom?

Wanna redo our main bathroom. New tiles, heated floor, and a jacuzzi tub where the present bathtub is. We've never used the bathtub, except to wash dogs. We always use the shower. So redoing the shower is a big thing to. It has no built in shelves at all, except to hold a single bar of soap. The layout of the bathroom is excellent, it just needs everything updated.

no, this is the master bath. the man cave bath is ultra-simple. Yet still Ultra-modern.

Are you gonna do the bathroom yourself?

The bolded part bothers me. A Lot.

I know there's an age gap, he's younger and still lives with his parents, but

Collectively there are too many physical problems that he's not choosing to solve to _your_ satisfaction, so I am getting worried about your personal safety and overall mental well-being.

Nice bathroom. Yep I'd do it all myself. I've done a few of them, so I know what I'm doing.

Typical.

For lunch I had lettuce, some grapes, and a tiny portion of walnuts. Yummy!

Yeah, unfortunately I have one of those "famine survivor" body types, so in order to lose weight I have to eat cumulative 1200 calories a day and even then, I'm only expected to lose like 1,5 a week max.

Yes Doctor. Funny haven't had wine in a few days trying to lose some weight (lost 3 lbs so far since monday) and guess what.

(drum roll). Debbie finally after 5 years of contract work landed a permanent position. OMG with benefits. When the HR lady was rattling off all the benefits and said Vision and dental I swear tears came down.

Just think vacation, 401K stuff regular folk get to do. I am over the moon happy.

That's great news, Congrats!

3. I noticed, especially early after I got it, that I was probably (finally) sleeping through the night. It was quite a different feeling. Mrs. T-B. noted the same, multiple times. She said that a couple of times, I was so quiet that she had to hit me to see if I was dead. In recent weeks, I haven't been sleeping well at all, but I attribute that to other physical and environmental goings-on.

4. I trust "she who is the most multiple-mommy in this thread" in this matter, gracias man.

Glad to hear it works I may have to get the man to look into it more.

This mommy didn't have tablets to entertain her kids although we did have an nintendo and sega. pay no attention to how long ago that was.

YIKES! We used to keep the house at 80. After two years I've gotten it down to 78 when we're home. Next year it will be 77, and the year after 76. 76 is my favorite indoor temp. I don't like 68 degrees at all.

Oh like 80 but no one in this house will let me.

Better question, how do you afford to keep it that warm in MN?

I've been trying to acclimatize myself down to 65, but my mother keeps turning up the thermostat to 72, claiming my daughter will freeze. She's got thick pyjamas and two blankets on....

My husband and his parents would barely have it over 60. I'm sorry but sleeping with your winter hat is more then nuts.

65 is cold Nola........

In many studies, the human brain performs best at 80 F

Completely agree good.gif

I've heard of companies that fire people who smoke, or won't hire them. I kind of curious on this new movement to ban people from using the e-cigarette. From what I heard, they're saying how do we know its not bad for you, so lets ban its use everywhere. Now I don't really know if there is any evidence e-smokes are bad like smoking, but the immediate move to ban on an assumption bothers me.

I also was saying to friends years ago when started banning smoking, even in outdoor locations, that food and the overweight would be their next target.

I don't know what health effects are but I know they e-cigs bug the ####### out of my allergies and asthma

Tiff's bath now....

I want the bath tub, Our bath tub is too small I can't even relax in it as my legs stick out. I think it was made for short ppl

Very nice but looks like too much work to keep it spotless.

J- I had quoted somethings you said but the others said it all to well, so I'm just going to send you a big HUG!

I didn't crawl out of bed till nearly noon. So I had a grape jelly sandwich, I'm about to go grab some clementines. I'm going to miss it when the older two get back to classes. They start up on Monday.I may have to wake the other 2 up earlier so I can get back to sleep, since little sister likes to wake up early these days.

I though in my roast pan a nice big beef roast, with cabbage, turnip, carrots the potatoes and wax beans will be added in a bit. I won't have to cook for a few days.
