I've got a batch I'm paying on now. I really need to change clinics. The company that owns the clinics I'm going to now are real jerks. Takes them a couple months to acknowledge my payments to them, their billing is impossible to figure out, and they don't start billing until a couple months afterwards, then they get all pissy when you start making payments to them. Hey if they'd just acknowledge the payments faster than 60 days, they might not need to be so pissy about it. They had an outfit they hired to collect payments that got into big trouble to. They were actually harassing patients in hospitals over their bills and threatening to throw them out or withhold treatment. I'm not sure they're not using near as bad an outfit now to do their billing.

Wow, sounds like a headache. Our office is actually quite helpful and polite, it's just the fact that we have to pay like 2500$ in bills and are currently living off a minimum wage salary. Which, with the payment plans we have set up, is fine for the moment, but I'd rather just pay it off and be done with it as opposed to paying it bit by bit for two years. Urgh.

And what I'm thinking is an outsourced billing department, that gets more money the soon all bills are collected. To me its the only thing that explains all the delays and quickly appearing threatening notes on the bills. I had one bill not show up until 4 months after I had gone to the doctor, and it only said due now for some couple hundred dollar amount. I request and a month later received an itemized billing so I could see what the heck the bill was for. I made a 50% payment, intending to pay the rest the next month, and the next month had a nasty note on the bill threatening to turn it over for collections, without even noting I had paid half the bill already. At least after that they started sending itemizations and showing insurance applied for and not waiting four months.

I get annoyed at quest diagnostics billing. I have a 15 dollar co pay on lab work. It's near impossible to pay online. Pain in the butt. You need the bill in hand. It's annoying. So I neglect them. They get sent to collection agencies all the time. It doesn't make it to your credit report.

I'd pay the dam thing if they let me set up an online account. Or even let me look up my bill online.

Ding Ding Ding Ding the lady wins the stuffed monkey. And I am still thinking of leaving Fairview clinics over it. I suppose I could just brush it off, but I find the negative attitude of the billing company very insulting. Particularly when they're so damn slow to start the billing process or recognise credit payments.

no, he's just a self-centered, selfish person whom pretty much left me to fend for myself since I was 11 or so. A man jealous of his own son. A man whom couldn't find enough to criticize his son about even in his old age. A man whom is more concerned about occupying more of my time than anyone else. Because may be he's afraid that I don't have enough to do. And that I might get to enjoy life?

Long story.

I tried to get my wife there that way, but she wouldn't get in the suitcase. Dang woman could have saved me a ton of dollars.
