She's a lot better recently. I raised hell with the NHS about her GP's treatment of her regarding the inhalers and so did the hospital. She's on stronger stuff now as well as antibiotics and steroids, should be coming off the latter two soon.

3/Many. On Saturday, I had Discount Tyre (British spelling) rotate the driver's-side tyres to get the worse on back. The one on the right rear is treadless when compared with the others, but it should last awhile in that place. Whereas I could get away with buying just 2 new front tyres for the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, it seems that I'll ultimately have to get 4 for the T-B.-jalopy, sigh man. This is a roundabout way of saying that the traction, or lack thereof, would make it unfeasible to pull stumps, tree man. However, the radioactive waste is appealing, man.

I missed the early news because of Company Man stuff, but it's approaching that temperature here, burstpipes man. No snow jobs allowed here, no man.

Everyone has been asleep here while I have been diligently Company-Manning, zzz man: Mini-B. for 3 hours, the cat for 2.5 hours, and Mrs. T-B. for 2 hours, zzz man. The cat, who was snoring, just sneezed and went back to sleep; the others are stirring, yawn man. I had an approximate 90-minute nap earlier, zzz man, but awoke to diligently do laundry and file my Thread-Laundress Report, see man.

1. I quite like ginger ale, but that's definitely as far as it goes, burp man.

2. Saturdays here are for GSs and supervising Mini-B. while Mrs. T-B. takes sanity-breaks, whoopee man. However, we did warsh (Texas spelling) the kitchen rags along with our brand-new pair of jeans, which blue-n'd (verb form of "turned blue") the lighter-colored kitchen rags, fade man.

Ha! Fiddeen bucks?! Our most recent and most expensive were 2 for fiddeen bucks, ha man. The most recent before that (Eddie Bauer) was (were?) purchased from an estate sale (ES) for $3.

One was brand-new/never worn and the other had a dry-cleaner's tag on it, see man. We don't buy #######, and anyway, scuzz & filth wash out, pee man.

In resale shops, I've found ties that still had the original store prices in them. One was $59.50 and another was $45, bought for $3 and $2 respectively, whee man. Given the dearth of GSs in this season with its weather, I'm looking forward to scoping the resale places for Christmas jetsam, whee man. Should probably give them another week or two to process said jetsam, however, man.
