So I discovered today that people in North Dakota really do sound like they are portrayed in Fargo. OMG. OMG. Soooo cute!

So you're going to have to learn how to talk different when you get there, dontcha no.

I saved the address now on my phone. its just 13 minutes from my house using just back roads. Seven minutes from my work. I need to take my wife to go see that. Maybe tomorrow though when its not umpteen below zero. You were running in these temps? How do you keep your lungs from freezing solid!?

I took a picture of the snow shark too. You will find it using the google map link.

Who is buried in snow right now?

Soon to be me, too! Supposed to get six inches down here. Hubby is very excited for a BIG snow. :)

Kit sure has good command of the English language........for a Singaporean.... Lol

I thought a lot of people in Singapore spoke English? Someone told me once they even have their own makeshift language where they mix English and whatever the native language in Singapore is. At least I think it was Singapore.

It's my husbands birthday!

Tell him happy birthday from PA! :)

Last Saturday morning the temp was nice around 20++ degree. I hate running on the snowy sidewalk and hard to breathe in these temperatures. I only run 3-4 miles, so not too bad.

Last year, that house made the snow walrus. I would definitely return there next winter for new surprise.

English is Singapore official language. And we have our unique brand of English, called "Singlish" tongue.png

You have no idea how excited I am for that and annoying my husband by speaking Norwegian.

LOL Yep from those that were here visiting, the native born truly had an interesting brand of English. I couldn't quite place where it was from, so I guess it is truly their own.

You'll no doubt find a few Norwegian speakers there. But it might be so mixed in with the local dialect of English, that you'll never notice it rofl.gif

Definitely so cool what they're doing. Now I'm even more glad I saved the address.

Well there will be a few at school too ;)

One of the towns we are looking at the subgroup breakdown is like 35% Norwegian, 20% Swedish, 18% German, and like 10% Danish, etc. I think that is pretty neato.

I'm surprised that doesn't add up to 175% rofl.gif

I think these people are crazy to participate in this one-way suicide trip.

Who would volunteer for that knowing there's no way they'd ever be able to come home? What a terrifying idea.
