Almost all are Filipino dishes.

bistek, pork adobo, fried lapu lapu, crispy pata, sauteed shrimp, pancit (with extra long noodles for long life), cranberries (American food), corn bread (American food), 13 different fruits, a salad, sapin sapin and Hershey's kisses. The rice had yet to be moved to the table. Don't look at the fried lapu lapu too close, it's a Philippine grouper fish and it looks back at you, being as it still has its head. Some people really freak out when dinner still has its head on.

And yes, they were all very tasty. My wife is a very good cook, but she'd never admit it.
