i-130 Parents & AOS questions

I am a recent USA citizen my parents are here in USA they came to stay with me with no intentions to stay.

Recent events at home in England have changed for them & it seems pointless for them to return.

So we have decided to apply for them to become LPR while they are here & file AOS.

They came here on a B2 visa on the forms it requests the I-94 record which they do not have as they do not give them anymore?

What should I put?

Also should they have their medical before I file the papers?

Is there any link of what exactly I should file for parents AOS?

I can find it for spouses?

You can obtain their I-94s here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html (you will need to print copies for AoS).

They should have an I-693 medical completed before you submit the AoS, or you will be RFE'd for it, slowing down the case.

My parents are AOS but have very elderly parents in the UK so just want the option to return if they need to on a family emergency.

Form I-864 I have some questions on this.

1. Do I file one for each of my parents or just fill in 1 form as I am applying for them both at the same time?

2. Income requirements to be a sponsor do all of my last 3 years income have to be over the poverty level for 4 people?

3. Last years taxes I filed are over but 2010, 2011 are slightly under each year my income has increased & my 2013 taxes will be over again?

Do I have to file G325 form as well as each of my parents? I am a USC? Also how many G325 will be parents need to send? They are applying I-130 & AOS?

My parents have had the Medical & passed it we have the sealed envelopes, however my Mum is Type 2 Diabetic controlled by diet & exercise plus 1 pill, will that be a problem?

Also does anyone know the answer to my question above about G325?
