Hey guys I just received an RFE and its not a big deal I just forgot to answer question about my criminal history on Part 3. Information question # 2 in my I-129F. I also received a sheet in which it states to answer "YES" or "NO" to that question and my signature. The instruction sheet does not mention to have the page from I-129F so I just wanted to know do i need a page from the I-129F form or just the sheet that I was mailed from USCIS?

It is a huge mistake to think: Its No Big Deal when it comes to Immigration.

It is Rare for a RFE on an Initial 129-F Petition.

If you followed the instructions you would'nt have made this mistake.

Did they Cash your Check? If so, there are time-limits to respond to the RFE.

I hope you sort this out immediately.

Make a copy of the 129-F your submitted and sign YES or NO.(In ink) If there is something your wish to bring-up. NOW IS THE TIME and provide Records if that Applies.

Good luck to you young man and your future bride.

An RFE on an I-129F is not rare at all. One simply needs to search VJ to see all the RFE cases here to know that.

Not checking the box 'NO' for the criminal history seems to be a common RFE. Follow the instructions that were given with the RFE. Answer the question on the paper provided and sign it. If you want to send another copy of your I-129F petition with that question correctly answered, then you can, but the paper they sent and following their instructions should be enough to satisfy the RFE.

I got the same RFE. You dont need to submit the I-129F. All I did was send a copy of the letter they sent and check NO as my answer (or whichever is applicable in your case.).
