Packaging question

I plan to mail my I-130 petition tomorrow. I'm including 15 photos that show the two of us together as evidence of bona fide marriage. But I'm wondering how I should package these photos? Put them all in a small envelope? Or in a clear sheet protector?

@Maeve808: Print them out and put them in a Plasticfolder. We made it like this, and it worked! Do u make DCF in Frankfurt , because of ur German Flag ? Then u make DCF via FRA Consulate be sure that u have more for Bona Fide as Pictures !

And they dont want so see anything from me for Bona Fide by the Interview. But i guess this is in every Case different , ...

Yes, I'm doing DCF in Frankfurt. Will send out my package today. Yes, I have more bona fide evidence in addition to the photos, including joint bank account, joint lease and joint health insurance. I'm putting all this evidence in my initial package.

I put photos in a plain envelope. I had about 15 as well, and labeled each one by writing on the back: myself (petitioner) and my husband (beneficiary) and the month/year and place it was taken, along with who was in the photo. I was sure to include some of me with his family, and some of him with my family and labeled them accordingly. Good luck!

@Baby`s Girl: I think its allways depending who is working on ur Case, ... for one is it enough, the other says " i want to see more",... What is more ? Hm,... we send them a Statement from my Dad and my Mother in Law about our Relationship and marriage (proofed by the Notary Public on Base), i put my wife on my Carinsurance, she put me on hers, i put her on my Homeloan, Bankaccount, also. Some People give them Skype/Facetime-History or Emails, ... we never done this, because there should be a Little bit of privacy then u do a US Visa, also.

Perhaps they know it anyway,...oops8rh.gif

Best Evidence is a Child! And we working on this for AOS in the next two years , then the Shananigans starts again !dancin5hr.gif
