n 400 pending

Hi everyone, I am new in this forum

I had naturalization interview on January last year. I passed test, interview went well,but officer gave me n- 652 form marked decision can not be made. after month I was called for another interview to bring my old passport. I have not heard anything after that, I made infopass appointment and officer told me that they found fraud on my application, i have no idea what it could be, since I have everything clear. does anyone have similar situation like mine? any suggestions . thanks

I filled naturalization based 3 years residency (battered spouse )but i am divorced.

yes, i was calling them regarding my case, also made couple info pass but nothing so far.

It sounds like they have doubts about the divorce (ie whether you had a bondafide relationship).

Was your naturalisation application actually denied, as it usually is with fraud, or are they still processing it?

You may want to contact your Congressman and/ or Senator and see if they can enquire as to the reason for delay.

They review everything back to the immigration -- is there anything in your immigration paperwork (when you were petitioned for and applied for the immigrant visa) that might raise questions?
