Am also a April filler too sent to NSC too,will the hard copy sent to me in the 15th of November says 60 days from notice, am already 34 now nothing about NOA2, January 4th my petition will b 9months,

Can someone please give me a phone number for the Nebraska Servie Center? Our petition (NOA 1 Feb. 2013) is stuck there.

Ours got approved but we requested an expedite without RFEs or anything so I guess they do approve and check petitions.

Sorry for the late update, I actually got NOA2 on January 31st.

Filed on May 21st

Transferred December 11th

Stuck at the next step now :D

I kept checking back then and i looked like they approved between End of Nov and Dec, 5th.. I guess we got lucky they jumped a lil for our case, I keep thinking its maybe bc my husbands in the military but then who knows, might has been just luck.

05/07/2013: I-130 sent
05/21/2013: NOA1
12/12/2013: Transferred to NSC
01/31/2014: NOA2
02/03/2014: I-130 shipped to NVC

02/14/2014: NVC received I-130
03/24/2014: Case number received
03/24/2014: DS-261 completed
03/25/2014: AOS fees paid
03/27/2014: AOS Package sent
03/28/2014: IV fees paid
04/01/2014: IV Package sent (from Germany)
