Wow congrats!!! It's mean you almost approve soon so what's your pd?

I129F for K3 approved at the same time, 40 days after transfer to NSC, 165 days after NOA2

Thanks for the great support group in this forum and Congrats to all who got the approval. Good luck to those who are still waiting for approval!

Why are filers from the Phillippines getting their NOA2 a month after NOA1 at the NSC? What makes them so special? Are they cheating the system? I don't get why there is such wide variability in the time it takes to get to NOA2 at the NSC

My PD is 4/18. Transferred to NSC 12/3. On 12/3 received messages stating: 1. file transferred 2. file under jurisdiction of new uscis office 3. file now being processed

1/15 received message saying alien # has changed regarding I-130

I got the 60 day letter as well. Currently @ day 42 since I got transferred to NSC.

Maybe I'll get an approval message tomorrow...lol

I see, that makes sense. I wish they would raise the fees and hire more people to get things done. the wait times for all the rest of us are riduculous

I sympathize with the typhoon victims, but that makes no sense. Not everyone in the Philippines was affected by the typhoon and beneficiaries should have to prove or at least swear on an affidavit of being directed impacted by it to be expedited. For example, if someone sat out the typhoon in an air-conditioned house in northern Manila where there was little or no damage, why does s/he qualify for an expedite?

This is exacerbated by the sheer amount of Filipino beneficiaries compared to other countries, which means the rest of us are now delayed for weeks.

Again, I sympathize with the victims and they deserve expedites, but one should at least be required to apply for an expedite.

We had to apply for an expedite, as well as many other members here. The petitioners had to call USCIS or NVC to request for an expedite.

Yes you had, but you can find here people from Philippines that got their noa2 and were surprised about it because they didn't apply for expedite. uscis is giving a speedy process to all Filipinos that have been applying recently even when they don't ask for expedite. ( what I have noticed on vj at least).

Nebraska Service Centre is one of the slowest beside Vermont and National Benefit Centre. California and Texas work amazing, they are approving people from another countries too, i meant not only Pillipines.

For my case passed 3 month since NOA1, i hope after 1 month i will get NOA2 which is avarage for Georgian's.

I haven't received NOA1 Mail just I received email, i wrote to Nebraska and olso to Chocago Lock Box but no one responded, if someone experienced about it please write me how to get some info.

I wish Nebraska starts approving cases from different countries.

I wrote to nebraska to and haven't goy any responses yet so disappointed

When did you write to them? it takes some time to get an answer from them.

I think they have to answer by 30 days (not sure).

I also wrote to them last week to follow up with a service request. Not sure when I'm supposed to get an answer.

Can somebody please tell us how long we have to wait before we can get an answer?
