hello can you help me

after recived this msg from nvc

Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to

complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been

scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be

notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or

give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a

visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at

the time of the interview. Additional documentation requirements if

applicable can be referenced at the following URL:

Does this mean my cases will go to the embassy in 12/17/2013?

No. Using your NVC case #, check the status of your case here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

It will tell you where your case right now.

i now but. i dont understand (Priority Date 17/12/2013) what will happen this date?

Nothing.

You are making a mistake. There is no way that the PD is a future date. It's 15/12/13 today so you can't have a PD of 17/12/13.

The PD is the day that USCIS receives the I-130. It's a date that has already passed if you have already filed the I-130.

The PD you listed in your 1st post is 17/12/12.

Why do you think the one year anniversary of the PD have any meaning?

Furthermore, the PD for an IR-2 is meaningless except for CSPA age freezing.

First rule of VisaJourney, don't hijack another person's thread to post your own unrelated question.

Start your own thread next time, you'll get more responses that way.

It will take 2-3 years for your LPR parent to petition your sister.

It will take you 12-13 years to petition your sister.
