Monthly Transfer Spreadsheets in order

They'll all say MSC as far as I know. Which address is on your NOA1?

Suggestion: have 2-3 members (familiar/skilled with Excel) from each month volunteer to take on mod duties for the respective spreadsheets, and limit edit permissions to those individuals. We could ask a VJ mod to add the contact info for those members after each month's link in the first post in this thread, and those individuals would be responsible for maintaining their sheets with updates from the monthly filers threads and the VJ timeline stats pages.

That's a pretty good idea. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find the last good revision on April's spreadsheet. Perhaps we can also have a few people who have access to all of them.

If there's support for this (and enough people willing to step up as volunteers) I definitely think some of them, if not all, should have access to every spreadsheet. The month-specific volunteer idea is meant to break down the work into manageable pieces, but it makes sense to be able to step in and help out anywhere across the board.

Missing users information re-added at the end of the document. I can't add them in order atm because inserting a row screws with the tables, and I just don't have the time to fix it. If someone else could put them in the correct order, that would be awesome. If not, I'll probably be able to get to it tonight.

Also, Anuspras, you can lock down the spreadsheet whenever you get a chance.

Thanks Kaylara.... Have inserted the missing users information given at the end in between. The dates are in the correct order now and the tables and diagrams are in tact.... Thanks again for all your efforts... Have not yet figured out how to lock the spread sheet though!!!

Then select that either only you are allowed to edit, or you and the people you select to be collaborators.

Then select that either only you are allowed to edit, or you and the people you select to be collaborators.

Is it that whoever created the sheet only can protect the sheet? Do you want me to do that for July one? Right now I set it so anyone can input data and don't need to be signed on in google. Again I know very little, but can protect the sheet and then we can have a volunteer who's willing to work on July one. My knowledge is limited unfortunately.

I think it's only viewable by person who created that spreadsheet. I think...I know very little about google docs
