Hello and I am sorry to ask here but I dont know where to go,

In my interview I got the 221g sheet asking for evidence of re establishment of domicile. Thanks to these forums we have gathered a lot of documentation to send to the embassy. But I would like to know how long they are going to take to issue my visa if I send everything in January? We are going to have a baby in April and he is going to be born in the US, so I need my passport ready before April to be able to travel with my wife and my daughter.

Also, my medical exams are going to expire in April as well, How long will they keep my passport at the embassy? "Bogota, Colombia"

Thanks for your help.
