G-325a questions for my french fiancée

Hello there,

My fiancée and I are filling out our G-325a forms, and there are several issues which she is coming across that I am hoping someone here can help us with.

She doesn't know what to put under "province" for where she currently lives in France. Does she put the department (Herault), the region (Languedoc-Rousillon), or nothing?

In France, she legally has no father (and so has no info since he is not in her or her mother's life for my fiancée's entire life) . Should she leave it blank where it asks for the father's first/last name, dob, and city?

For the list of previous addresses for 5 years, there is not enough blanks to list for the address- what should we do here?

Also, it appears that there isn't enough room in the cells to write her info and still have it appear when we print out the form. Is this normal? Is there a way to have everything written show on the printed form?

And lastly, she did do some university study for 4 months in the US (south carolina) in 2009. Would she have to include her residency there to the list of addresses? It was part of a program done with a French university she attended at the time.

If anyone has any insight to even one of these questions, we would greatly appreciate it!!

I do not know the answer to the first part of your question, but in regards to the lack of cells, you can use another sheet of paper... If I were her, I would put the address when she lived here in the US... good luck!!

we don't know where my hubby's mom lives so we wrote - not known, I think you can write it as well in box where they ask for father name..

For province, maybe put the region down? I'm not exactly sure how other french filers have done this. You can put UNKNOWN for any information you do not know, for example your father's information. For the list of addresses, simply attach a supplement sheet where you can include all the addresses--including the US address.
