How long should we expect to wait for the receipt of AOS package?

How long should we expect to wait for the receipt of our AOS package that I sent late afternoon of Friday December 6th, 2013?

We sent it to this address box via USPS asking for confirmation of receipt via email, and a certified mail signature that requires someone to sign showing they received it.

Any thoughts would be great... According to VJ, it says on average it takes 7 days, but I am not sure if that is talking about business days or any day.

* December 8, 2013 - USPS Chicago,IL / got our package *

* December 9, 2013 - USCIS got our package & ( OFFICIAL DATE FILED ) *

We sent the package:

December 6th, 2013

We got an email late at night:

December 15th, 2013

This is what the email read, so we are still waiting on the official NOA to arrive in the mail which looks to be 7 to 10 days...

mines been ten days and still not heard anything either, no email or nothing… glad its not just me.
