Hello everyone,

Another question...

once we submit or paperwork and we bgin the waiting period... if I get an job offer (as an US citizen i can take it) can we move to the US and just change my wide status or should we wait until the paperwork is finished...?

and just stay in canada..?

If you are a USC you can move anywhere in the US at will. Your spouse has to have a valid visa to enter the US with the intent to stay and will have to wait out the process to enter with intent to stay. You can continue to visit each other provided you can satisfy CBP of strong ties.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
