well i am telling you about this starting from the fiance visa and i130 relative petitions knowledge but it could be no receipt numbers for different visa petitions for example the DV lottery visa doesn't have a receipt number only a case number from what i know ...and as i know that the fiance visa and i130 relative do have receipt numbers and case numbers because these both numbers are such a key for every applicant and petitioner to communicate with the uscis and the NVC by ...hopefully someone have some more informations than i do would come and give more details smile.png

You have a receipt number if you want it I suggest you call your dad or lawyer. You will need to pay the Visa processing fee on the ELIS system for USCIS ($165) you will need your receipt number. You can't call USCIS they will not talk to the beneficiary. But you do have one.

DV lottery doesn't go through USCIS so thats why they don't have one because they are Visa seekers and no Department of Homeland Security for them (No USCIS) and thats the Department of State.

You have case complete now you said so this part of your journey case# is all that is needed. You will trace your Visa through the CEAC website. Have you even gone to the link?
