My fiance k-1 visa was denied today, and I was wondering if I could call the consulate and talk to a CO and ask them why its been denied. My fiance said that the CO was not convinced of the relationship, but kept all the chat logs, pictures, my plane ticket stubs from Nov visit, copies of both my visa to India, telephone call logs and letters from friends and family on both sides. I am a little confused and I need to talk to them to see what happened. When I asked my fiance about the process he said he felt comfortable that the CO was smiling at him the whole time and everything was going good till another CO lady came and they pointed at the computer screen and everything went down hill from there. I need to find out what happened so we can address this problem before April comes and we get married. I dont want another denial!!!!!
