About to mail I-130

I am about to mail our I-130 tomorrow and just have a few silly questions , but just want to be sure

1. Our marriage certificate I had printed as one page printed front and back . Is this an issue with USCIS ?

2. Our pictures I had printed on my printer 4 per page . I added dates and descriptions with a PC program . Can I punch holes to add them to the packet or do they perfer them loose ?

3. It is OK to send in a G325A beneficiary filled out but not signed ? Should I add a note that this will be signed and dated at the interview ?

4. My wife is pregnant and I want to send along with the packet our doctor visits and ultrasound results . Also a letter stating I am the father and depending on the length of time file the CRBA . I thought this would go well with other bona fied proof .

5. My wife had a prior K1 visa issued and was issued an applicant number should I include this or leave it blank on the G-325A and I-130 ?

Answers:

1. Generally, I suggest that two sided documents be printed on two separate pages, there is no guarantee the back side will be checked
2. Printing 4 pictures to a page as well as adding dates and descriptions is fine (I did the same thing). Don't worry about punching holes, just paperclip them together.
3. This is OK; however, if you do, don't be shocked if you get an RFE, not all adjudicators will have read the memo that states it is acceptable to write "will sign at interview."
4. All a sonogram shows is that your wife is pregnant, it does nothing to strengthen your case. Same with the packet of doctor visits, it only shows that and nothing more. The letter you would write would carry no weight.
5. If you wife has an A number, it stays with her, if you know it, list it on all fields that ask for it.
