Hi RR Jones, my hubby and baby waited 78 days excluding holidays and weekends so I understand what you are going through...I did contact the senator and after one week after they wrote to them my file was picked up and my husband got a call stating that is file is there for awhile and they wanted to ask him a few question which was answered and the file just kept on updating and the visa was issued two weeks after, so give it a try, also, I send a lot of emails, not sure if they care or was annoyed but something works..ensure you send your case number, your full name, dob, beneficiary's name and dob when sending emails .God bless you and I hope everything will work out for you...

Yes 3 months is excrutiating. Just as Sharwal suggested try getting some congressional/senatorial intervention. It helped our case move along rather quickly after our congressperson sent in an official status inquiry.
