Recently received four email notices about transfer to Texas Service Center. I received the hard copy this week to confirm it. I have not heard a word from them. I hope the next email I receive will be an approval. Man I should have gone the K-1 route if I know this would cost me emotionally. Let's all Form I-130 filers not give up. We choose this route and so let's all wait it out until we get our spouses over here. For all those who have gotten their approval, me & my wife says congratulations.

May filer and transferred to Texas on December 5. No word :-(

12/05/2013 Transferred to TSC

02/12/2014 Transferred to OKC office incorrectly

03/17/2014 OKC called and said petition is in wrong place

04/08/2014 Transferred back to TSC

04/24/2014 NOA 2

04/29/2014 Shipped to NVC

05/07/2014 NVC Received

05/31/2014 Given case number by NVC

06/09/2014 DS 261 Completed

06/10/2014 Paid AOS Fee

06/12/2014 Mailed AOS Package

06/13/2014 AOS Packaged received by NVC

My pd is feb 28. Transferred to Texas oct 24.

Still waiting :(

-Met in Ghana August 2011

-Went back to Ghana April 2012

-Went back to Ghana December 2012

-Married to the man God created just for me on January 4th, 2013.

-Filed the CR-1 in February 2013

-Petition Transfered from National Benefits Center to Texas Service Center October 2013

-Petition APPROVED January 2014 (*Took 10 Months 19 Calendar Days)

-Case Number/Invoice Identification Number Assigned February 2014 (*Took 33 Calendar Days)

-Approved Interview May 2014

-Arrival May 2014

Now, We are Prayerfully taking everything 1 day at a time. Thanking God for his blessings and grace.

Transferred Nov 27th to TSC. Haven't heard a thing. I just love seeing the May filers get transferred and approved a week later.......( SARCASM )

So I see on visa journey they say TSC is working on may 6 / now my noa1 was approved on may 6 at nbc and it was transfer to TSC on dec/5 does this mean they working on my case ?

NO ! I hope you realize tha VJ stats are only for entertainment purposes only. There are so many factors that have changed. There are tons of March and April filers who are still waiting.

Also, the NOA1 is not approved. It is just a notice of action which is the receipt of your petition at the Service center.
