Hi,

I actually have some overdraft in my checking account and stop my direct deposit cause I need that money for now and the thing is that I have been having this account from the past 5 years now so if I stop direct deposit and my account will have a negative impact on my case but I opened another ,can my fiance show proof that he has enough money to support himself until he gets a new job or I have to do it .Any ideas please.

03/15/2015:Consulate Recieved.

You have to. Some embassies will take joint assets.,. can he transfer his money to your account?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

ok I will try to ask him to do that if he can cause he has a business account with his account.
