I have never understood the discourse in the MENA forum. We all share a common denominator, in that we (Americans) married a foreign national, irrespective of faith. Leave the political ####### for another website, that is not related to immigration information sharing.

Clearly, this will help others that seek our guidance/experience on immigration issues. Is that possible here?

Uh. Did you read the thread ? Or just a couple of posts ?

As painful as it was, yes, I did read it all. My wife is Muslim, a religion for which I hold high respect. Although I cannot convert, because I do enjoy a drink from time to time, I quit eating pork 3 years ago, among other things.

I clearly understand the Islamic faith, agreeing with some aspects of it, disagreeing with others.

I will say however, that most Islamic people are moderates, with the exception of a minority. The same case holds true with every other faith.

For those that stereotype, ignorance is clearly evident. They need to self-educate, before making an azz of themselves. See it, learn it, live it......Then talk.

William- I appreciate you participation in this thread. You are one of the most consitantly help people in terms of immigration issues. I owe youthanks for your posts in helpingme get my origianl petition in to USCIS. There is a lot of history here with Charles and yestrday it finally build up and the dam finally cracked.

MENA has this daily thread which people use to stay in touch and socialize, laugh and cry, as we move through this journey. It may not apprear to directly deal with immigration, but it does play an important role.

This thread is not so much about one member's anti-muslim feelings, but how thougthlessness, inappropriate behavior and an unwillingness to engage in meaningful and respect dialogue.

BTW- Among muslims worldwide- Indonesia is often sighted as the best example of how Muslims should be. (F)

OK. I appreciate your comments. (F)

But what fueled this thread into 13 pages was the behavior of one particular member -- not merely his bigotry or his politics, but rather his extremely disturbing attempts to stalk and spy on ME/NA females. He enjoys harrassing women, in particular the wives and fiancees of Muslim men, and we are tired of it.

I generally refrain from adding to debate, but in this case, I implore you all to consider that it needs to end.

To that end I say, Charles should cease and desist from further antagonistic posts to this forum. Although, some here have perpetuated the nastiness, with equally aggressive response.

Message to all: Let it go......It is not worth the damage to the newbie’s seeking guidance here. Agreed?

I appreciate your opinion and your ability to walk away from constant insults and stalking. But I cannot. I will not continue to sit by while someone consistently insults the MENA SOs under the guise of cracking a joke. I will not continue to sit by while someone exhibits stalking behavior. It's too much and it must stop.

How can one claim God cares to judge a fornicator over judging a lying, conniving bully? I guess you would if you are the lying, conniving bully.

I think some members are bothered about it more than others. The people who only spend time in the MENA clearly have an issue with Charles (like myself) and it really does need to stop. I'm tired of the perverted, racist, cyberstalking, gross, and abnormal behavior coming from Charles. I honestly do not understand why people in MENA are not more outraged by his heinous comments and "jokes".

I just re read this whole thread. It makes me so sad. I know for one I kept posting to Chalres and it fueled the fire. From this point on I am treating Charles as a persona non grata. He no longer exists for me in MENA. I hope others will just ignore his posts until he gets tired and goes away.

I understand your emotion, I really do. However, in my travels to over 63 countries, having seen the worst side of the human race first hand, I have grown a thick skin. I can confidently disregard the ignorant ranting of a pompous azz hole, who has not left their own backyard. Had they experienced the scenes of my life, the individual would assume a different tack, simple as that. It is all about context, and the quality within. The truth shall set you free!

You are a very nice man, and an excellent example of how a gentleman is supposed to behave. You and your wife are very welcome contributors here any time !

And of course we will continue to help each other, including the newbies, as we have always done.
