APRIL 2013 FLIER FINALLY APPROVED

After receiving NOA1 in April we did not receive anything until November 25. I started calling in August.ClockWatch2.gif

November 25 is when our File finally started moving. Here is what happened, these are the emails I received :

On November 25, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

On November 26, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

On December 2,2013 I received this one:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

10 days later! Approval!dancin5hr.gif

On December 12, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I hope this helps ...BTW I was transferred to California from NBC.

really new to this but i checked my status today and i found this

On December 13, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

does this means the same as yours? as mine dont say that they will mail me a letter of approval . what is the next steps? thanks for your answers.

I'm not sure if it means the same. I dying to get the hard copy..I don't know what happens next. I'll keep updating.
