I now im gonna get slack for asking this question, but here goes:

I attained a B tourist visa in July 2013 and used it for 1 week in November, only holiday allowance i had.

Our petition is at the London embassy currently in the midst of the packet three phase.

I had no issues with my first POE in Novemeber when our case was with the USCIS apart from a fuuny look from the border officer.

However hearing all these stories of people being interogated has made me question whether my christmas visit for two weeks is gonna end in tears and if i get deported potentially jeapordise my visa pplication.

Is my B tourist visa invalid now that I have obvious future immigration intent?

Additionally I have consulted an Immigration advisor (Ex US consular) for help regarding my previous criminal conviction and whether this will lead me to denial in the interview and whether I should, if I have the option to, apply for a waiver.

I intend to bring bank statements with my current funds showing rent, income from current employer, recent paycheck, NOA2 and probably packet three letter as I think its at my birth home by now.

Regards

You can still use your B visa. It may be an idea to bring prove you intend to return (job, bills etc), but you shouldn't have major issues as you traveled before.

As to the previous criminal conviction- difficult to say if it wil cause issues with the K1 unless you tell us what it was about.

I don't know how to dit my starting post but here goes.

Also i spelt know incorrectly.

I was charged with 16 counts of damage to property under £5000, £35 each ( times 16 ) in early 2009, when I had just turned 19, actually happened when I was 18 but took 5 months for them to finalise the charges due to lack of evidence.

I had had alot to drink and was stumbling back from a house party with three people i recognised from halls when one of them damaged 16 wing mirrors. Further up the road all four of us were apprehended and told we would be charged by campus security.

I was so drunk at the time i didnt react muc at all when it happened and really panicked when were were apprehended. As there was not enough evidence to decipher who did what we all got charged.
