Thanks for your support Guys..I have a question....... when Uscis agent make and Expedite Administrative Error, thats mean the agent saw the error Uscis in the computer in all my case?....or the Expedite administrate error, it is a request to investigate whats going on with my case?, please oriented me...thanks..

Administrative error means they are at fault. In your case, improper handling and lack of communication between divisions I guess. They didn't endorse that you responded to your RFE so the other group denied your petition. Now they are expediting your petition because they made a booboo.

Do you have the proof that they received your reply to the RFE? Did you send in the packet in registered mail and kept the proof of delivery?

yes, this is my proof, On Jun 24, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.,

But Iwent to Infopass appoitment and they said, uscis close our case and put we abamdom the case and the agent not saw to much time my evidence,because they cant do nothing. He said we cant appeal, but it is not my plan.

That's the only evidence you have? It would be better if you had the receipt from the postal service/courier, but if you don't have it, you don't have it.

I do think there's grounds for an appeal, but my knowledge on these things is limited. :/

I hope the case get restored and expedited to approval.

That said, this is a good reminder for everyone to not assume all is well

and follow up with USCIS or check for status whenever we send anything to USCIS.

I have regular mail sending proff too, but im happy now, because Uscis send me a e-mail notice that they reopen my case. So I hope the next news it is my approve...

That's some great news.

With just a modicum of human interaction, someone will find the RFE material, review it, and adjudicate soon.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks guys ,Im so happy, dancin5hr.gif ...today Dic-26-2013 my case status change again..request of evidence...I think it is about my last Rfe evidence..my divorce decree...waiting fot the letter notice by regular mail to sending and... my approve...crozzing fingers....
