eh - VJ immigration web portal handles 'vanilla' cases, mostly.

However, you might want to visit http://immigrate2us.net as they handle harder casefiles.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

You need to get an atty for waivers (not just any atty) do consultations.

your wife files I130, after approval it goes to nvc where U get checked

out thoroughly, You will require to tell the truth and show dispositions on

case via the atty, when u get interview CO will decide if U qualify for waiver

which has to be filed by atty , showing proofs of hardship to your wife (not U)

Y U should be allowed back, rehabilitation, apology etc its a discretionary

process no garantees, its expensive $585 each waiver, its 6-9 mths for them

to decide, having CIMT is an uphill battles ...attys charges $4000-$15000

depending on crime/s.....good luck
