We are K1 about to get married and file for AOS. When we applied for K1, I used a sponsor and preemptively provided them with all the financials as required by the I-864, i.e. three years of tax returns (plus transcripts), six months paystubs, employment letter, birth certificate.

My question is, when I now file for AOS, can I still use the same sponsor's documents that I did before (with the last six months of paystubs updated)?

As long as you provide new paystubs, and as long as the most recent tax year is still the most recent tax year, yes.

You preloaded the case in February 2013. The I-864 is probably considered old and stale by now. You need to update it and get a recent signature. I don't think USCIS will accept an I-864 that is almost a year old and probably missing a tax transcript for 2012.

There is no harm in updating the I-864. You are facing a potential RFE with an I-864 that is almost a year old.
