Hello room pls I need advice my wife file for i-130 november 6 and we got the noa 1 on nov 15 and we filed for I -129f. Nov 18 and up till now we have not received the noa 1 for i-129f so advice what can we do

Where did you mail to? I see Nebraska as your service center, but your petition has likely been transferred. I dont think Nebraska does k3's

Check to see where payment was cashed. Likely California. If so thats where your case is, and I'd call because NOA1's should come quickly.

This may be your problem. I copied this from instruction page for I-129F

"Mail the I-129F Package to the USCIS. You should mail the completed form(s) to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox. Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS."

It can take up to 30 days to get NOA2. Did you not attach G1145 to get text and email? Well no matter they cashed the check means they received good sign. You probably will have NOA1 in mail next week.

Would really like to see a K3 get through lets see what happens. Even though USCIS says all I129F and I-130 will be married up and adjudicated together and sent together. So we will see.

The delay could be that she sent to Chicago lockbox whic is only for I-130. All I-129F go to Dallas lockbox. But they cashed so they have itso just watch your mailbox.
