Very Urgent filing I-130 along with I-485

By hanster in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

I am sending my application tomorrow morning and have one last question. I am filing I-130 at the same time as I-485. on form I-130 on section 22 it asks about the USICS office where I am filing for adjustment of status at. I am sending these two forms to the lockbox in Chicago but I live in West Virginia and the closest Local USCIS office is Pittsburgh, PA. So what should i enter on section 22 of form I-130?? should I enter Chicago or Pittsburgh?

I appreciate the help alot. all comments are appreciated

You put the district office that you will be dealing with in that box. In your case I think you would put in either the Pittsiburg PA office or the satelite office in Charleston VW (I see that they process AOS applications there).

We live in Boston but wrote in Chicago on the form. No problems and we were recently (and quickly) approved.

9/4/06 - AOS package accepted at Chicago

9/11/06 - ND AOS package

9/14/06 - NOA AOS, AP and EAD

9/16/06 - Biometrics letter received

9/18/06 - All touched

9/19/06 - AP and EAD touched

9/20/06 - RFE notice by email (verify income and employment)

9/23/06 - Biometrics

9/25/06 - NOA I-130 (finally)

9/26/06 - Touched AOS and EAD

10/4/06 - Returned RFE materials by USPS Express mail

10/5/06 - RFE materials signed for by D Atwell

10/12/06 - E-Mail notification RFE material received 10/10/06

11/3/06 - Received interview notice (for 12/18/06)

12/18/06 - Approved with letter in hand (no stamp)

1/3/07 - GC in hand Remove conditions 9/18/08
