I am still waiting, I have received NOA 2 only, but doing inquiry with NVC by mail they sent me the invoice number and Case number too, also a explanation why they can´t start my process now.

Hi Sam,

Unfourtnately, we have not heard anything and we have received the email notification the same as yours however, when I called VCS to ask the reason why they have sent the email, they told me that it is just a notification that they have received our petition and they are working on it. They also told me to ignore the email and wait until they start processing NOV filers as they are currently stuck on Sep 23. The lady I spoke to was rude and have a poor customer service skills. I hate the whole waiting game but I don't have no option rather than waiting patiently until our turn comes. Therefore, please ignore the email you have received as it does not mean anything.

so you mean recently VSC sent you a notification email is that right ? i concern is one of us from other thread i found a member from VSC his PD is dec he got an email recenly from USCIS that they working on his case or something like that as he said , hopefully they do fast process and make themselves decent at-least

Received an email from VSC that they approved our I-130. PD 9/26/2013.

What happens next?

ooh really thats a wonderful news yahoooooo oooo VSC is Proceeding after 23 sept 2013 .. your pd is 26 sept 2013 days move getting relief great great news now your next step must be NVC i think they sent you an email all instructions must be mention ,

Hello Dew Drops...any update on your I-130.?

Unfortunately no .... Am waiting anxiously to get some update on my case but seems no hope for now.....

Since the member of our group jondoe with PD September 26 2013 got his approval today has given me a little hope as I think they r working on applications after September 23, Lets see how much they process in this month
