were off the same boat! Pd: n0vember 8, 2013, noa2: february 5, 2014, case number and iin: april 2, 2014 and still cant proceed with the nvc stage. I can actually log in to ceac already but no invoice fee yet and cant proceed with ds261! Hope vb moves! Goodluck tk all of us!

If you're referring to the IV fee, that will be only be payable after they accept and review your DS261. As to why you can't fillup the DS261, that seems to be a great mystery based on other people's posts.

What are these guys at VSC doing? I get it F2A PD is important but if you become naturalized while waiting NOA2 matters a lot and if your case is already at NVC than things will be pretty fast for you. And CSC doesn't care about PD they just approve it in 2 months. Is there anything we can do to make some waves about VSC's treatment to I130s in F2A?

Instructions for Using the Chart

The chart will show most of the types of forms processed at the field office or service center. You can select the form type that applies to your case from the drop-down menu.

If the field office or service center is meeting its goal for processing a form, you will find the timeframe listed in months. For example, if the office is processing Form N-400 naturalization applications in five months or less, then the chart will say "5 months." However, if the office is experiencing a processing delay, you will find the filing date of the last case that the office completed before updating the chart.

You can now submit inquiries about the status of your Form I-765 after your case has been pending more than 75 days.

• Please note that for Form I-765 category ©(8), based on a pending asylum application, the processing timeframes listed only apply to an initial filing.
• Please note that the 90-day period for adjudicating Form I-765 category ©(33) filed together with Form I-821D, requesting deferred action for childhood arrivals, does not begin until we have made a decision on your request for deferred action.

Field Office Processing Dates for Vermont Service Center as of: April 30, 2014

As you can see on the above highlighted information the posted date is June 3 however, they did not update the processing date for nearly two month from the 30 April therefore, my assumption is that the information on the USCIS is not current and by now the processing center should reach approving the petition for November rather than getting stuck on September 25th 2013 until now. I rang the service center on Thursday evening to question about the issue but they do not seem to give me the reason why but if we all call and ask the same question we might be able to get somewhere.

Yes that's what I noticed at the beginning and thought just like you. Unfortunately that might be wishful thinking as none of the October cases are showing as processed from trackitt or from this site.

It is starting to look that way. The only people getting NOA2 since end of September are those that upgraded (they became naturalized).

But then again California Service Center doesn't have this problem...

My PD is 7th october and it is a boute 3 months that Vermont stuck to 25th of September! I am tired of this slow process. can we talk with senator regarding that.

As predicted VB is expected to move on upcoming September 2014 Visa Bulletin, these dates could advance, "possibly as far as late fall 2012.".........i guess VSC will start reviewing I-130 on our applications.

I am a Nov 2013 filer....still no update .....Lets see as the Visa Bulletin moves ahead, do VSC also start processing petitions stuck on Sep 25 2013....

But guys keep posted here so that we can get alerted if any Oct or later filer gets any news regarding his/her petition.....Good Luck all
