my 5 months will be on 8th,

will give them a call after that.

I will let u know if i hear any update from them!!

My case crossed normal processing time of 5 months..My PD is 22 Oct 2013

They do not accept e-request in their site...

What to do next? Anyone who are in the same boat...please help..

Dear Friends,

As we are same boat mine PD is Nov 25, 2013 at VSC and don't know what's going on specifically at VSC service center as we can see CSC is moving much faster.

Any idea in which month VSC is running?

Will appreciate if you can share!!

I called uscis as my case crossed 5 months on 22 march...

They said my case is still under normal processing time... How can they say that???? They think we are fool??

I also told them that its written in ur site last updated on 27th march that processing time for I-130 for PR is 5 months and they replied that its not correct...!!!! wht??

Then they said right now they are processing applicants of august...I told them that many applicants of sept got approval so how do you justify that...coz the people who got approval had the same case as mine...They said case to case its different...

They just talk non-sense...

They said it might take another 1-2 months for my case to get approved...

Some time before they said that they are processing applications from Sep 22 2013 dates, now they say they r processing August filers......What r they actually doing ?????

But if the representative told u it might another 1-2 months for u to get approved, then there must be some thing in his/her words....coz they cannot say anythg to anyone. But still i wont believe them and call again to speak with Tier 2 operator. Hardik i suggest u to give them a call again and now ask them that they transfer to tier 2 representative,,.......they will give u a better idea of ur case......

Hey guys,

They updated the processing time for all centers. Vermont is September 25, 2013 as of February 28, 2014. So I am guessing that they should be processing about the first part of Oct by now. So they probably won't reach Nov pd dates until about a next month time. I am so sorry that you guys have been waiting so long at Vermont. I mean all of us at CSC that filed between Sep-Dec are approved. I just don't understand what is taking Vermont so long. I pray you guys get approved very soon. All the best:-)

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....

I don't have any idea about something like case termination. I can log in but I can't proceed because there's no AOS yet. Just got my CN and IIN last April 2. My pd is nov 8, 2013. Waiting for pD to be current. We really can't do anything if our pd is not current. Everything will move again if the vb will be current in our case.

Hello guys

I have a question. I sent i-130 with some documents but i didnt send any picture of us or tax return which we filled together. I just sent the house lease which we live together. Now i want to make sure that my i-130 get approved and i am wondering is there any way to send these documents to them to put in my case or i have to wait for their request!?

On 3rd april, VSC updated on site the processing time for PR filing for alien relative...its says 25th sept

& now US Citizen filing for alien relative have their processing time under 5 months..

Wht happened to PR category that it totally went reversal??

Previously USC would take 7-8 months and now they are being completed in 5 months and

PR files take like more than 6 months which was under 5 months earlier..
