Hi! Pls post your PD if you are Sept-Dec 2013 filer and case was routed to VSC. Let us make a list so that we could monitor if cases are moving and what month they are working on at USCIS. TIA! Name

On their website it says they are open 8am to 5pm in any time zone. Anyway, I finally managed to get through to someone, and was told that VSC is currently processing cases filed around Sep 18 2013, about one week earlier than mine, and that the 5mo timeframe is only an estimate, and basically that I am not eligible to put in a service request as my case is still within the normal processing time. Is that BS?

I dont think that they r correct....If they r currently processing September 18 or nearby dates, they should post the exact dates upto which they have completed like other categories. If they mention 5 months then they should approve within 5 months time frame. U r currently beyond normal processing time, so i suggest to call again and ask to speak with a Tier 2 representative...and tell them ur case ...They will surely look into ur case and tell u and also create a service request for u , u will get a reply within 1 month after that.....

Some customer care representatives r dumb....they dont know anythg....so try again

Looking what they say...it seems to me that they r still processing Sep 2013 filers....so i guess it will take 3-4 more months for them to reach Dec 2013 filers.......But one thing is clear.....if the PD moves forward they will have to adjudicate the petitions as per the Visa Bulletin Month....so lets wait and watch...

CSC filers r very lucky to have their petitions approved within just 3-6 weeks.....but they now hav to wait for PD to be current...so either way....they r waiting and we also......
