Well...If u r outside normal processing time, u can call them and request for immediate attention. Well u seems to be nearing that limit,,,..so just check that if u r above 5 months of processing time u filed, u can immediately create a service request......

Well...If u r outside normal processing time, u can call them and request for immediate attention. Well u seems to be nearing that limit,,,..so just check that if u r above 5 months of processing time u filed, u can immediately create a service request......

your timeline date has November 2014. you should fix it.

Did you guys received your NVC case # already?

Hi Jhez,

We still haven't received our case number yet. However I called and they said they received my case on February 12, but they haven't entered our case in the system yet and it can take if to 30 days.

same here. No case number yet. All we have to do is wait 30-60days. I'm not so worried about it anyway. I'm thinking more of the visa bulletin. Hopefully it'll move.

your timeline date has November 2014. you should fix it.

Yeah...But it is still within 5 months processing time, i have to wait one more month to place a service request...If within a month i dont receive anythg, i will definitely give them a call....I think VSC is going too slow coz i havent heard any oct filers even getting approvals.......

I mean the date you listed is wrong. It should be 2013 not 2014.

Hi there. I-130 filed on 9/26/2013. Was routed to VSC. No news since.

Is it possible to estimate which pool of I-130s VSC is currently working on? Is there statistics of some kind being maintained?

I just called them but could not get through to an actual customer service representative. It kept saying call back between 8 am and 5pm to speak with a representative, and I called at 10am. How does one get through to them?

On their website it says they are open 8am to 5pm in any time zone. Anyway, I finally managed to get through to someone, and was told that VSC is currently processing cases filed around Sep 18 2013, about one week earlier than mine, and that the 5mo timeframe is only an estimate, and basically that I am not eligible to put in a service request as my case is still within the normal processing time. Is that BS?
