Trying to clearify; I-693 or DS-3025

My wife has her DS-3025, per FAQ: K1 visa's, I think I'm understanding that all we need to send is a copy of the DS-3025. But, at the bottom of the form it says; Vaccine history incomplete, but the next box is checked which says; Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccinations not medically appropraite (as indicated above). Am I correct that the sole DS-3025 is all we need?

That's the same as what is stated in my DS3025.

When I applied for AOS I didn't send the I-693 and just a copy of my DS 3025. In the cover letter I wrote beside the DS3025 the letter and number in the USCIS instruction that states that I do not have to file the I-693 as the medical is within a year.

I didn't get an RFE & I'm up for an interview this coming January. Most people file the I-693 just to be sure. I just tried my luck and i didn't want to spend extra tbh after all I'm just following their instructions
