Hi everyone. My fiance and i recently got married and we are ready to file her adjustment of status before the 90 days given to her expires. I have a question im really confused of this forms i693 and ds-3025. She received a DS 3025 and we have it here. Do we still need to file a form I-693 even if we have already the DS-3025. The DS 3025 Form says

Vaccination History Incomplete

Applicant may be eligible for a blanket waivers because vaccionations not medically appropriate.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Some people get the I-693 just to be sure because some people despite filing within a year get RFE for their medical. You can file without the I-693 as stated per USCIS instruction as the medical is within a year and HOPE that you don't get an RFE. I did so with mine and I have an interview coming this January. I just wrote on the cover letter beside the copy of my DS 3025 that the medical is within a year as per instructed in the USCIS instruction. I then wrote tue letter and number of tue instruction that states so. No RFE for me and I'm really thankful. Had there been one then I would just send the I-693 then. :)

Up to you really if you want to try your luck but the DS3025 is all you need as per instructed ^_^

Good for you. Do we have the same result on DS-3025? You also have Vaccination History Incomplete

Applicant may be eligible for a blanket waivers because vaccionations not medically appropriate.?
