Questions about required evidence for I-129F petition for K3 Visa

I have a couple of questions about the required evidence on a K3 filing of the I-129F petition.

About the middle of page 8, under the heading: 9:If Filing for Your Spouse (K-3), What Documents Do You Need to Prove That You and Your Spouse Are Legally Married and That Your Spouse is Eligible for K-3 Classification?

If your beneficiary is your spouse, you must submit the documents required in Item 1., 2., and 6 of the Requirements and Documents section of these instructions, but may omit the documents required in Item 5.

We are just a plain jane couple, no IMBRA or arranged marriage so how can I provide evidence for

Item 1: What Are the Requirements for Compliance With the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA)?

Item 2: What Filing Limitations Does IMBRA Place on K-1 Non-immigrant Petitioners?

Item 6: What If a Document Is Not Available?

We have visited each other twice in the last 6 months, we are married, I have pictures, affidavits and all the various passport stamps, receipts, boarding passes, all the things I believe will prove our commitment? I just don't want to make a mistake and I am looking for someone to say that I am misunderstanding these requirements.

Can someone offer their opinion?

You need to include a copy of your NOA1 and your marriage certificate.

Most of us do not try for the K3 because the visa is obsolete.

Number one and two are both 'IF' scenarios, so just answer the relevant questions with appropriate answers, ie 34a, 35, 35a, and whatever else you find which may need 'no' or 'N/A' kinds of answers.

Number 6 should not be an issue unless you don't have a copy of your marriage certificate or dissolution of prior marriages information.

Read number 9 closely for what documentation you do need including the copy of the NOA1 from sending your I-130 application.

Thanks for your replies. Just checking... Who knows, they could start up the K3 again. I feel it is more likely than the government adding more staff to get caught up.

The nvc isnt likely to make more work for themselves. Neither is the USCIS.
