Hey guys,

I still haven't gotten any notification from USCIS. This is what we have done: our I-485 package sent to USCIS on Nov 20th. The package was delivered on Nov 23rd. USCIS cashed our check on Dec 5th. They even didn't send me a notification that they accepted my application. Should I be worried?

If they cashed the check then the NOA1 is on its way, don't worry.

yes I did send G-1145, I thought that a purpose of that form is to get an electronic notification of the acceptance of my petition as soon as they would receive my whole package, isn't it?

They don't have a receipt number yet. They haven't received an email or written notification with the receipt number.

Ours was similar to this. We sent the package in on 10/19 but didn't receive any e-notification until 10/29. They cashed our check on 10/29, so I would definitely give them a call since yours has been way longer than that and still nothing.

yea, I got an appointment for biometrics, but on the website it still says card production for EAD/AP. I called them and they said that they have no idea why it is like this.
