Guys, please help out here. For my GC/AOS, do I put my maiden name or my last name that is going to change to my future hubby's? We are getting married in three weeks, and I am trying to fill out 485, 765 and all other docs...

You can adopt your husband's last name after you are married. Your marriage certificate will likely have your maiden name on it because that was your name when you were married. With the marriage certificate you can change all of your other ID including your passport, SSN, etc... If you're wanting to use your new married name on your green card then yes, fill out the paperwork with this new married name.

Depends on your country's requirements for getting a new passport. Some countries will allow you to do it from within the US, some won't.
