absolutely !

include :

1. IV Coversheet from the payment portal

2. cover letter stating you want this pile of evidence added to the casefile and

3. list of stuff in that cover letter, on what yer including, a mini-table-o-contents.

Best to get it sent out prior to the case-complete timetick.

I did exactly that but my stuffs were only things that occured after the USCIS approval like even more recent phonebills, flights, Western Union, etc.

evidence is evidence.

it doesn't matter when it was generated, as long as it gets into the casefile prior to being shipped to the IV Unit.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

ya, there is that. It's not inside my Venn Diagram, so I not think of it or mention it.

No she's using UK passport

If she's carrying a Nigerian passport then it's a reason.

Do more readings. You can actually learn a lot by searching and reading the forums without asking any questions.

YMMV.

In my case, we sent our marriage certificate together with the i-130 and for supporting evidence we included our children's birth certificates.

For the NVC stage, we just sent the affidavit of support documents and my (beneficiary) civil documents.

For the interview I will bring family/wedding pictures, money remittance receipts, chat/email conversations and Skype video call logs/screenshots.

hi can you tell me how to use take the skype calls to use as evidence? are you taking screenshots or is there any other way to do it????

When you log on to skype, just click on your spouse ID just like u want to begin a chat session. Look on top of the chat box you should see options to show chat history for few periods. Like 1 year chat history or 6 Months.

I made a screenshot with a down arrow pointing to the history link...

You can also click on Conversation Menu ----- then click on View old Messages ---- then navigate to your duration preference..

Thanks,

I'm going to assume, rightly or wrongly,

that

you're going to OPT IN to NVC Electronic Processing at NVC,

flipping the consular casefile # from GUZ to GZO.

Once that's done,

you can email off any evidence you have,

into nvcelectronic@state.gov . You asked when? right after the IV Fee Bill has been paid, IMO, is the best time to sling evidence in for Guangzhou , into NVC. Don't email anything if you only have a GUZ # - it'll get lost in that stupid email queue. Wait till you've been flipped into a GZO #.

as to yer cover sheet - nah, change the wording simply to 'Please add this to the casefile' . Expect an email about each email submission you make, about 10 working days after you've done it. Since yer about to become a PDF afficiando, consider to use some tools that edit the header or the footer of each page. I wrote up some stuff on this in the China sub-forum...

nvcguangzhou@state.gov is a predicated address, suggest not to use it. Unless of course the NVC website has it up there currently (I not check it this month).

Do you think I should add a Cover Letter in the P.D.F. file ,or could I just Ref. the case # in the Subject line of the E-Mail?

My thinking exactly! i feel adding evidence that was not there when it was approved, will be sending a message that one has anticipated that the earlier evidence may not be enough, and that may confirm their suspicion, if there was any. I am not saying its a wrong idea, but if you did submit all supporting documents as asked for, why add more when you you had submitted was enough in the first place? it will only bring up suspicion. Just submit what is asked for, and have faith.

n high risk countries scammers will make it their job to generate proof of a relationship that exists only in the mind of the USC. High risk consulates know this and will see it with the extra submissions. Such activity is usually endorsed by those assisting scammers to get into the the country on the backs of innocent USC's

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
