Hi everyone, i have like 500 pics with my fiancé in differents countries seasons and time, i select 100, is that a lot?

yeah like the others mentioned, 100 is a lot. You want to make it easy for them to review. Pic or two along with each boarding pass/trip that you took. Pics are great, boarding passes are greater.

I send 3, and was approved. Send only what they ask, if it was me there i would not go thru all those pic's, neither would you. Skype and email, they don't read those....unless they are bored.

I didn't send any boarding passes, when you send copy of your passport there are stamps in it what country you visited and for how long. Its simple, some people just make it confusing, and hard....

You could group them on one 8.5x11 sheet of photo paper . I got 4 pictures per page and that is a good way to get a lot with less . How I do it is open the 4 pictures and select print selected images and then save as a PDF . Then upload them to officemax at something like 87 cents per sheet . I am just sending in 5 pages with a total of 20 images . Mostly images with us together and with family and friends . I use office supply stores since they have the better printer then I do . Where ever I could and as along as the quality was good I did this with some other evidence as well .

It doesnt matter if you send a LOT of pics. They arent going to deny you for that. I would send as many as you want to. It would be good if they showed the passage of time. I sent a LOT of pictures. Just use common sense. But you cant send too many. Dont worry about that.

When we went to my wife's interview for naturalization, the IO had her entire packet on his desk. And I mean stuff going way back to 2008... the whole thing. And he began leafing through it, and commented that he was pleased there were so many pictures, over time. He said that you would be surprised how many people take several pictures, and just change their clothing to make it look like different times, but that you can tell. I mean, in one pic my wife is very young and thin, and we are newly married and she has long hair. In another pic she is pregnant with our son and short hair. In another, we are playing in the swimming pool, my wife, son and me, and so on all through time. But the IO was glad there were a lot of pictures, because they tell the story.

Go ahead and send what you want. It is no problem.

A&B states, stick to the guidelines for a K1 they jjust want evidence you have met in the last 2 years and at petition level all you need is 2-5 pictures is what they are asking as some of these may not be given back to you. You can hold on to your album to show at an ibterview stage maybe? I think sending 30 is excessive particuraly as the requirement is for 2-5 smile.png

Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship:

Use as many of these items are possible. There is no minimum, but the more you can provide the less likely you are that you will receive an RFE. Additionally, please note that providing proof of your ongoing and genuine relationship in this package may benefit you by allowing the consulate to have access to this information prior to them formally contacting the non US Citizen fiance. Many high risk consulates approach cases with a skeptical eye and providing this information early on in the original I-129F package will help them in their preliminary review of your case.

1. Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps), and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file. 2. Color Photo's of you and your fiance(e) together. Make sure you write your names, date, and location on the back of every photo. Provide two to five photo's. If you only have a single copy of the photo, then make a color copy and send that. If it is a digital photo, have it printed at a local photo store such as Walgreens (if at all possible) or if not on a high quality printer. Place photo's in a plastic bag or photo sheet and label the sheet. Note that you may not receive originals of photo's back. 3. The following items will not typically show proof of having met in the last two years however will show proof of an ongoing relationship: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate letters and emails, stamps on the letters (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)

What country is the beneficiary from? If he/she is from a high fraud country you should send more than a few, but 100 is too much. Keep in mind that many consulates do not accept additional evidence at the interview, my husbands country included. Instead they issue a 221g requesting evidence if they feel there isn't enough and have you send it, even if you have the evidence with you the day of the interview.

We've only sent 10 pictures, passport stamps without biographical pages, a few emails and chats, Skype call logs and subscription, and we got approved without an RFE in 38 days.

Wow, 100 is a lot. We also had taken hundreds of photos through the years in different countries, places and seasons but we only submitted around 10-12 photos. Can't remember the exact #. Concentrate on activity photos of you two, some with friends, his and her family. You can send as many as you want if it makes you feel better but 100 is an overkill. And oh, focus more on primary evidence of course. Good luck!
