I asked can form I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT (form) can be used for the co-sponsor for my K-1 visa petition which i had to show at the interview at the embassy pls reply me?

You could have just bumped this thread, you know,

The co-sponsor has to fill out an I-134, and him alone must overcome the poverty guideline, his income can't be added to the main sponsor's income to overcome the guideline.

The "CO-SPONSOR" is the sponsor and should provide whatever your particular consulate generally expects a sponsor to provide. That generally includes an I-134 with it's supporting documents, an income tax return or 3, other financial documentation as may be appropriate for the sponsor's financial situation.
